ZATCA e-invoicing in Dammam for contractors, suppliers and logistics firms
In the Eastern Province most invoices go from one company to another, and under Phase 2 every one of them is cleared by ZATCA before the customer sees it. Daftarix gives businesses in Dammam, Khobar and Dhahran a ZATCA e-invoicing system built for that B2B work, in Arabic and English.

Dammam is the capital of the Eastern Province and, together with Khobar and Dhahran, the centre of the Kingdom’s energy and industrial economy. King Abdulaziz Port links the region to Gulf shipping routes, and the industrial cities around Dammam are home to manufacturers, engineering firms and the long chain of suppliers and subcontractors that serve them.
For these businesses most invoices go to other companies, so Phase 2 clearance matters most: every standard tax invoice is validated by ZATCA through Fatoora before the customer receives it. Daftarix issues those invoices in Arabic and English, keeps credit notes and payments on the same customer record, and gets you ready for your wave, whether it is due now or with Wave 25 from 1 February 2027.

ZATCA e-invoicing in Dammam and Khobar: FAQ
Which invoices need clearance for contractors and suppliers in Dammam?
Standard tax invoices issued to other businesses go through clearance: under Phase 2, ZATCA validates each one through Fatoora before your customer receives it. Simplified invoices to consumers are reported within 24 hours instead.
We invoice from branches in Dammam, Khobar and Jubail. Do we need one CSID?
Each invoicing unit typically needs its own Cryptographic Stamp Identifier (CSID), obtained with a one-time password from the Fatoora portal. Plan one for every branch or system that issues invoices.
How are returns and price corrections handled?
With credit and debit notes. A credit note reduces an invoice you already issued, for example after a return, and a debit note increases it. Both follow the same e-invoicing rules as the original invoice.
Does Daftarix work for businesses in Qatif, Jubail and Ras Tanura?
Yes. Daftarix works online across the Eastern Province, from Qatif and Saihat to Jubail, Ras Tanura and Abqaiq.
