These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of daftarix.com and the Daftarix platform at app.daftarix.com (together, the "Services"), provided by Daftarix ("Daftarix", "we", "us").
By creating an account, using the Services or accepting these Terms, you agree to them for yourself and for the business you represent ("you" or the "Customer"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1The Services
Daftarix is a cloud platform for businesses that brings together a sales CRM, quotations and invoicing, ZATCA e-invoicing, a help desk and integrations with AI agents, in Arabic and English. The features available to you depend on your plan.
We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Services. If a change would materially reduce the core features of a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.
2Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to accept these Terms for the business you represent.
- The information you give us when you sign up, and later, must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for your account and for everything done under it, including by users you invite. Keep login details confidential and tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Each user login is for one named person and must not be shared.
3Plans, fees and payment
- Plans, prices and user limits are shown at sign-up, in your account, or in a quotation or order we agree with you in writing.
- Fees are stated in Saudi Riyals and are subject to VAT at the applicable rate. We issue tax invoices for the fees you pay.
- The billing period, renewal and payment terms are those shown for your plan or in your order.
- If a payment is overdue, we may suspend access to paid features after notifying you, until the payment is made.
- We may change our prices with prior notice. New prices apply from your next billing period.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we agree otherwise in writing.
4ZATCA e-invoicing
Daftarix provides tools that help you issue electronic invoices and connect to the Fatoora platform of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA). You remain responsible for:
- the accuracy of your company details, your VAT number and the content of every invoice, credit note and debit note you issue;
- completing onboarding with the Fatoora platform, including generating the one-time password (OTP) and managing your cryptographic stamp identifiers (CSIDs);
- meeting your own tax, VAT and e-invoicing obligations, including your integration deadline and record keeping.
Daftarix does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice. The availability of the Fatoora platform and ZATCA’s requirements are outside our control. If ZATCA changes its requirements, we will work to update the Services within a reasonable time.
5AI agents and third-party services
You can connect Daftarix to AI agents and models, for example through our MCP server, and to other third-party services. When you do:
- you choose which provider to connect and which data and actions it can access, and that provider’s terms and privacy policy apply to your use of it;
- actions an AI agent takes in your account within the access you grant, such as adding leads, follow-ups, quotations or invoices, are treated as actions taken by you;
- you should review AI-generated content, including reports, quotations and invoices, before you rely on it or send it to anyone.
We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability or the content they produce.
6Your data
- You own the data you and your users add to the Services ("Customer Data"). You allow us to host, process and display Customer Data only to provide, secure and support the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for having the right to add Customer Data, including the personal data of your own customers, and for meeting your obligations under the Personal Data Protection Law. For that data, we act as your processor and follow your instructions.
- You can export your data while your account is active. After your account is closed, we may delete Customer Data after a reasonable period, except data the law requires us to keep.
7Acceptable use
You must not, and must not allow others to:
- use the Services in breach of the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Anti-Cyber Crime Law, or to send spam or unlawful content;
- upload malware, or try to disrupt, overload or bypass the security of the Services;
- access other customers’ data or accounts without permission;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the Services, except as the law allows or we agree in writing;
- use the Services to build a competing product, or extract their data by automated means outside the integrations we provide.
We may investigate suspected breaches, and remove content or suspend access where needed to protect the Services, our customers or the public.
8Intellectual property
The Services, including the software, design, text, graphics and the Daftarix name and logo, belong to Daftarix or its licensors and are protected by law. We give you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription, under these Terms. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely to improve the Services.
9Availability and support
We work to keep the Services available and secure, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and we try to schedule planned maintenance at times that cause the least disruption. Support is available in Arabic and English through the channels shown on our website.
10Suspension and termination
- You can stop using the Services and close your account at any time. Closing an account does not by itself entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
- We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, do not pay overdue fees, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will notify you first and give you a chance to fix the issue.
- Parts of these Terms that by their nature should continue after termination, such as fees owed, intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law, continue to apply.
11Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that the Services will meet all of your requirements. Content on our website, including blog articles, is general information and not tax, legal or accounting advice; please consult a qualified adviser before making decisions.
12Limitation of liability
To the extent the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia allow:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill;
- our total liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13Indemnity
You agree to compensate Daftarix for claims, losses and costs that arise from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Services, or Customer Data that infringes the rights of others.
14Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably. If a dispute cannot be settled within 30 days, it will be referred to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
15Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or through the platform before it takes effect. If you keep using the Services after that, you accept the updated Terms.
16General
- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order or quotation you sign with us, are the whole agreement between you and Daftarix about the Services.
- If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in force.
- You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
- These Terms are available in Arabic and English. If there is any difference between the two versions, the Arabic version prevails.
